Terms of Service

KinouBoost helps you plan, generate, approve, schedule, and publish marketing content across connected social channels, and manage engagement on your accounts. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. During any early-access period, the Service is provided as-is and may be modified without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Lawful use — you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Rights to content — you own, or are authorized to use and publish, all content, media, brand assets, and information you upload or generate through the Service.
• Platform compliance — you will comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of every third-party platform you connect and publish to.
• Accuracy of business data — the business context you provide drives AI output; you are responsible for what you enter and for the content you approve.

When you connect a channel (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, or Google), you authorize KinouBoost to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for example, to publish content you approve and to read engagement on your own accounts and pages. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, including their availability, policy or API changes, rejection of content, or actions they take on your account. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

• Drafts, not final — content produced by the Service's AI is generated automatically and provided as a draft for your review.
• Human approval — content is marked as AI-generated until reviewed, and nothing is published to your channels without approval when your workspace requires it.
• Your responsibility — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and lawful.
• No guarantee — AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; we do not warrant its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; create or distribute spam, misleading, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content; infringe or abuse the terms of any connected platform; upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its underlying systems.

KinouBoost and all software, design, and materials that make up the Service are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. You retain all rights to the content and media you provide or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI providers and connected platforms as needed to perform the actions you request.

Some features may be offered free during an early-access period. Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms will be presented to you before you incur any charges. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will be published successfully by any third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KinouBoost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KinouBoost and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
